DORMI
Dormi is a neat, easy placed chair and sofa. The chair started as my final thesis at Carl Malmsten, which was a collaboration project with Ire.
The idea was to create a chair that could be placed in a home as well as a hotel lobby. The aim was to get a simple yet playful chair. My inspiration to the design comes from the shape of the pillow and the result became a soft and an inviting chair and sofa.
Frame in solid pine wood, dressed with dymetrol (elastic fabric) in the seat and padding of polyurethane foam fibre. Wooden legs in white pigmented ash. Metal legs powdercoated
